Measuring stream flow in the wee hours of the night

Using a swoffer meter with a long rod, I can measure the stream flow from a bridge--that way I don't have to get in the stream and face the possibility of getting swept downstream.




Thank God.. Dan B. was able to join me in the field. I really apprecipated having him along for the evening.
