Alito confimed

We have a new Supreme Court Justice. Today, Samuel Alito became the 110th United States Supreme Court Justice. The vote came to 58 for and 42 against Alito. All Republicans, except for RINO Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island, voted for the confirmation of Alito. All but four Democrats voted against Alito. So who were the Democrats who broke ranks with their party to support the confirmation of someone who is obviously qualified for the job. Those Democrats are Sen. Byrd of West Virginia, Sen. Conrad of North Dakota, Sen. Johnson of South Dakota, and Sen. Ben Nelson of Nebraska. Will Justices Alito and Roberts stay true to their conservative judicial thought like Justices Scalia and Thomas?
