Mission Accomplished?

Today, President Bush signed into law the USA Patriot Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005. One of the enhancements under the renewed Act is the practice of Sneek-and-Peak searches. These are searches that are conducted secretly without notifying the property owner; such as in the case of federal agents reviewing your library records, phone records, or residences.
